County committee approves collective bargaining agreement with SUNY Adirondack support staff, contingent on county board in Washington County

The Finance Committee voted to bring forward and approve a collective bargaining agreement between SUNY Adirondack and the educational support personnel unit, effective Sept. 1, 2025, contingent on a similar resolution being adopted by the Washington County Board of Supervisors.

A motion to bring the item to the floor was made by Kevin and Nate; the committee called the question and approved the motion by voice vote with no recorded opposition. The resolution will be shared with the full board and is conditioned on Washington County's parallel action, per the motion language.

No representative from SUNY Adirondack attended the committee meeting.

The committee recorded no substantive debate on the agreement during its consideration.
