After returning to open session, a councilmember moved to accept the contract “as presented with a 3% raise for the city manager and an additional year, added to the term of said contract.” The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
The vote recorded by the clerk was 4‑0 in favor. The council did not provide additional contract terms in open session; the motion accepted the contract language presented in executive session.
