District receives Phase 2 construction update; contingency funds remain, Harmony Hill paving rebid

Board members asked about Harmony Hill's parking and drop-off congestion. Staff said a parking lot bid is out for rebid and is due on the 20th; if the bid process produces a vendor, paving would follow.
