At its meeting the Monroe County Plan Commission approved staff recommendations on multiple administrative SIA items and continued two unfinished-business subdivision items to Sept. 25, 2025.
Under administrative business the commission approved three staff-recommended actions by roll call: SIA-22-21 (Freeman Field Subdivision Phase 2) — petitioner to post a new performance guarantee of $176,463.59; SIA-22-23 (Freeman Field Phase 3) — post amount $476,878.97; and SIA-23-17 — release of $8,050 for completion of East Fox Lane improvements. The motion to approve all three items passed 7–0.
Under unfinished business the commission combined two items and voted to continue SIA-22-9 and SIA-22-18 (including the Holland 3-lot minor subdivision) to the Sept. 25, 2025 meeting; staff had recommended continuing both items to that date. The vote to continue was 7–0.
Staff explained the administrative approvals reflected inflation adjustments and completion confirmations documented in staff reports. The releases and adjusted amounts will be processed by the planning department subject to the usual administrative checks.
