WELLINGTON, Colo. ' The Wellington Board of Trustees approved a consent agenda on Aug. 26 that included several housing- and parks-related resolutions and administrative items. Clerk Miss Clark read the titles of consent items that the board approved by motion and roll-call vote. Key items included: - Resolution 29-2025: Approval of opioid settlement distributions; the board approved participation in available settlement allocations as listed on the consent agenda. - Resolution 30-2025: Directing the town to file a DOLA (Colorado Department of Local Affairs) Proposition 123 commitment to increase affordable housing in Wellington. - Resolution 31-2025: Establishing an expedited review policy for eligible affordable housing projects. - Resolution 32-2025: A resolution supporting and authorizing required housing plans. - Resolution 33-2025: Approval of purchase of park equipment for Wellington Community Park for the Parks and Recreation Department. The board adopted the entire consent agenda in one motion and roll-call vote; there was no separate debate on these items during the meeting.
