At the Sept. 9 regular meeting the Wellington Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda, including minutes from the Aug. 26 meeting and three resolutions: Resolution 35-2025 approving a contract for crack-seal services; Resolution 36-2025 approving a contract for architecture and engineering services for the water-treatment plant administration building and lab expansion design alternatives project; and Resolution 37-2025 authorizing temporary closure of portions of State Highway 1/Cleveland Avenue, Second Street, Third Street and Fourth Street for the annual Turkey Tree/Main Street event on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025.

Town Clerk Miss Clark read the consent titles into the record before a motion to approve. A motion to approve the consent agenda was moved and seconded and passed on a roll-call vote. Trustees recorded as voting yes in the meeting record were Trustee Wiegand, Trustee Cannon, Trustee Moyer, Mayor Pro Tem Mason and Mayor Shosse.

The agenda item packet included staff recommendations and standard contract-authority language; the board took no separate discussion or public comment on these items at the meeting.
