The Prosser School District Board of Directors approved Resolution 12-25 on Aug. 13 authorizing the sale of a parcel of surplus district real property referred to in the meeting as the Whitechurch property and empowering the superintendent to sign documents necessary to complete the sale. Administration updated the board on the property disposition process and said offers for a related parcel (Park Avenue, “Parcel B”) would be reviewed on Monday the 18th, with a hoped-for closing in early October. The resolution authorizes the superintendent to execute sale documents to effectuate the transaction. The action was approved by roll-call vote; the clerk recorded ayes from board members present.
