"We did hear right before the meeting that the teachers did ratify it," the presiding board member said. The board then approved the agreement on the motion and second recorded in the minutes.
Board members and administrators thanked those involved in negotiations, including district staff and association members who participated in the bargaining process. The board took no further action and adjourned the meeting.
