The board motion awarded the work to the low bidder listed in the packet (recorded as Wingham in meeting remarks). Board members noted that the same contractor previously resurfaced local trails and did satisfactory work. The board approved the contract on a voice vote and directed staff to proceed with contracting and scheduling.
