Board signs off on several construction pay apps and approves forwarding credits and debits for projects

Scottsburg’s Board of Works approved multiple pay applications for ongoing construction projects and voted to forward credits and debits to reflect change orders and contingencies. Staff presented pay application No. 2 for the Lehi project and a pay app for Mid‑America’s South Park renovations. An engineer’s inspection was confirmed for the Lehi pay application, and staff said percentages of completion were acceptable. During discussion, staff and board members noted that several line items (linear feet and similar measures) remained open until final field measurements were completed.
