Staff said the changes are intended to improve readability and compliance with state law and municipal procedures.
Trustees moved to approve the ordinance and the motion passed on a roll-call vote. Staff said the ordinance will guide future towing, impoundment and code-hearing processes and will be applied consistently with existing enforcement practices.
