City adopts ordinance restricting camping on public property (second reading)

The ordinance as presented amends the city code provision referenced in the public hearing notice and repeals conflicting provisions. There were no public speakers on this item at the hearing. City staff reported no substantive changes requested during the second-reading hearing and the commission moved and seconded the ordinance for adoption.
