During the discussion commissioners clarified that owner-occupied exterior improvement grants were nearly spoken for and that one residential exterior improvement added on July 14 used funds moved from the blade-sign account.
Separately, staff reported that the city closed on 533 West High the previous Friday and that utilities had been confirmed. No further disposition or development plan for that property was recorded in the meeting minutes.
Commissioners asked staff to continue tracking grant payments and pipeline requests so the commission can prioritize remaining program funds.
