Mayor Petrella highlights behind-the-scenes visits to city departments to introduce staff

Mayor Adrian Petrella said he has spent recent weeks visiting city departments and City Hall to introduce residents to staff and to give a behind-the-scenes look at how the city operates. "It has been my pleasure for the last few weeks to stop by the different departments and introduce you, our residents, to our staff, give you behind the scenes look at how the city operates, the staff that we have working here, and what their responsibilities are to give everyone a better understanding how the city runs," Petrella said.

Petrella described the visits as a way to increase transparency about staff responsibilities and city operations; he said more visits will follow in the coming weeks. The mayor invited residents to connect with him or city staff through contact information posted on the City of St. Pete Beach website.
