A liquor license application for the Oatmeal Orchard and Tasting Room was pulled from the consent agenda Sept. 2 so staff could correct a typographical error: the application listed the nearest municipality as Wilmer when it should be New London. County staff explained the error resulted from the location where the application was signed rather than the business address.
After the correction was confirmed, a commissioner moved and a second was made to approve the liquor‑on‑sale license for the Oatmeal Orchard and Tasting Room. The board approved the application by unanimous voice vote. No additional conditions were recorded.
