County accepts $70,000 annual victim‑services grant; county attorney authorized to sign agreements

The board moved, seconded and approved resolution 2025‑30 by unanimous voice vote. Baker requested both acceptance of the award and authority to sign the grant contract and future amendments on behalf of the county.
