The application, filed by owner Jamie Villafana Navarro, sought to allow reuse of an existing building as warehouse space for office, storage of vehicles, and materials. The council opened the item for parties of interest and public comments but recorded no speakers; the matter was moved, seconded and approved by a 7-0 recorded vote on both first and final consideration.
