Council member Tracy Taylor moved adoption and a deputy mayor seconded; the council approved the resolution by voice vote.
Council member Tracy Taylor said the improvements support upcoming King County Metro service changes, including revisions and frequency increases to Route 165 and Route 181. The resolution authorizes the city to proceed with design and construction while Metro reimburses the costs.
The council took no further direction at the meeting; the resolution passed unanimously.
