During the meeting the board read and approved certificated agenda addendums covering retirements, resignations, date corrections and an authorization for a medical examination.

The board approved the resignation for the purposes of retirement of two employees, and specifically approved the resignation of teacher Celine Sotarga, an elementary teacher at William O. Schaefer Elementary School, effective July 29, 2025. The certificated addendum also corrected Miss Rachel Delisser’s continuing education class dates to run October 2025 to December 2025 (the agenda had listed April–June). The board approved an addendum stating that Dr. Tesick’s last day of work would be Aug. 31, not Sept. 1, 2025.

Separately, the board authorized the superintendent to direct a medical examination of employee number 2885 in accordance with Education Law §913 and to direct that the employee submit medical records as determined by the designated examining physician.

The personnel items were read as addendums, placed on the amended consent agenda, and approved by the board with the recorded response "Aye." The transcript does not include a roll-call vote listing each board member’s name.
