The facilities committee requested cost information from the construction manager (TPG) before altering the original design. The record also shows custodial crews began work earlier than scheduled (cleaners started 08/19), and window-unit replacement and glass scheduling was planned for September after substantial completion.
The committee indicated the Tappan Zee nurses entry meets ADA requirements. Phase 3 at SOMS is planned for bid posting in late October.
