Staff said Chambers had purchased two parcels that needed to be combined and had proceeded with building work before finalizing all site documents. The site plan included a stormwater basin; staff described the council action as a step to correct the permitting and platting sequence so an administrative plat can be filed with county staff. City staff said they will complete coordination with the property owner and county staff to file the administrative plat once the easement acceptance is approved.
A motion to approve the resolution carried on a voice vote; the record shows the motion was made and seconded and the chair announced “motion carries.”
