The Brevard County Board of County Commissioners on Aug. 7 approved a planned-unit-development amendment for River Flying Condominiums Inc. that adds roughly 15 acres of industrial land into the existing condominium PUD and retains Binding Development Plans. The amendment, application 24PUD00001, was presented to the board by Kim Rzenka, who said the changeis "for the sole purpose of basically using unusable land and adding an amenity to the already existing condominium."
