Staff informs board that rezoning application was withdrawn; correction to record forthcoming

Planning staff advised the board that application 25Z00008, submitted by NWD Consultants LLC for rezoning from AU to RR-1, was withdrawn via email on the day of the Sept. 4 meeting.
Staff also disclosed a separate issue: after a prior zoning meeting a resolution was executed under a different application number that, because of a scrivener's error, appeared to indicate approval of application 25Z00008. Staff told the board it is implementing procedures to avoid repeating the error and that it will bring a corrective agenda item to a future board meeting to clarify the record and indicate the proper application that was approved.
No formal board action was taken on the withdrawn application at the Sept. 4 meeting; staff characterized the matter as an administrative error to be corrected through an upcoming agenda item.
