CityPoint Landfall comp plan and PUD request continued to Oct. 2

CityPoint Landfall LLC asked the board to continue two companion items — a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment and a zoning reclassification to PUD with removal of an existing Basic Development Plan — to the Oct. 2 meeting.
Planning staff read the companion applications (comp plan application 24SS000009 and PUD application 24PUD00003) into the record and relayed the applicant's request to continue. Commissioner Delaney moved to continue H5; Commissioner Altman seconded and the roll-call vote was 4-0 in favor. On H6, Commissioner Delaney moved to continue on Oct. 2; Commissioner Atkinson seconded and the motion also passed 4-0.
Staff said the items will be returned to the agenda on Oct. 2 for separate votes on comp plan and zoning actions; no substantive testimony on the merits was taken at the Sept. 4 hearing.
