The Board of County Commissioners' planning and zoning meeting on Sept. 4 approved a zoning classification change for property associated with Thomas Doherty in District 1.
Thomas Doherty requested a rezoning from GU to RU-1-7 (application 25Z00007). Commissioner Delaney moved to approve the change and Commissioner Atkinson seconded. The clerk recorded yes votes from Commissioner Delaney, Commissioner Atkinson, Commissioner Altman and Chairman Feltner; the motion passed 4-0.
Planning staff noted the applicant was present; there was no additional public discussion recorded on the item before the board voted.
