Henderson County commissioners approved a right-of-way agreement Friday allowing Trinity Valley Electric to install a three-phase power line along County Road 2141 in Precinct 1.

A county representative said Trinity Valley Electric proposed placing roughly 75 feet of new three-phase line with two poles and a supporting guy wire. The court approved the notice of proposed utility-line activity and authorized the commissioner to sign any related paperwork.
