Staff identified candidate locations within about 1,000 feet of the gazebo and near city hall/adjacent lots.
Next steps: The contract covers the feasibility study and initial design. If council accepts the Phase 1 recommendation, staff will return with further design work and potential funding/budget requests for later phases.
