Staff said the site is in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Athens, the lots are not being sold (the park and lots are owned by a single entity), and the tiny homes are manufactured units roughly 16 feet wide; county infrastructure rules set minimums for lot and unit sizes. The court recorded the approval as "for filing purposes only" and required an amendment/interlineation to the site-plan notes to reflect the correct 50-foot lot width. The motion passed unanimously.
