Clark Township Planning Board members announced at the Sept. 4, 2025 meeting that Carmen Mercado has resigned from the board and thanked him for his service. The board noted upcoming meeting dates and confirmed the continuation for the Primavera Parkview LLC subdivision for Nov. 6, 2025, at 7:30 p.m.

At the close of new business a board member said, "Carmen Mercado has resigned from the board, and we would like to thank him for his service." The board then reviewed its upcoming calendar and the chair confirmed meeting dates of Oct. 2, Nov. 6 and Dec. 4, all at 7:30 p.m.

No formal action on the vacancy was recorded during the meeting; board members simply noted the resignation and expressed gratitude. The Clark Township Planning Board will address any successor appointment or vacancy procedures in a future meeting or per township guidance.
