Board approves $84,900 contract with JTH Construction for restroom behind band shell

The Mark Mill Board of Works and Safety voted Monday to award a contract to JTH Construction for the construction of a restroom behind the band shell, in the amount of $84,900. Gary presented the opened bid and said the bid documents were reviewed and in order. A board member moved approval of the contract as recommended by Gary, a second was offered, and the board opened and closed the vote with the motion carrying. No questions or objections were recorded during discussion.
