Council pauses physical-impact-analysis purchase pending county study review

"I think that we should wait for the final study and look because the cost of the study is pretty large... and let's see what the results of the county study are, and then make an assessment if is that adaptable to the town, or do we need our own study?" the council member said.
Council members discussed the value of brainstorming desired policy outcomes in advance so the town could frame a study around specific objectives, and staff said they would provide the county study to council members when it completed the town's review. No motion to fund or procure the town study was approved at the meeting.
