Daniel Drew of Boswell High School was honored as the 2025 SkillsUSA national champion in Internetworking after competing in Atlanta; Destiny Korner of Boswell earned first place in an Educators Rising national service project competition; Serenity Wilson and Jackson Dieckman were named international team champions in the NASA International Space Settlement Design Competition. District CTE staff highlighted the students’ sponsors and family members who attended.
Administrators then introduced newly hired leaders: principals and assistant principals for Creek View Middle, Chisholm Trail High (assistant principal), Ed Wilkie Middle (assistant principal), Saginaw High (academic assistant principal), Prairie Vista Middle (assistant principal), Boswell High (assistant principal), Marine Creek Middle (assistant principal) and multiple elementary assistant principals at Chisholm Ridge, Remington Point, Greenfield and Northbrook elementary campuses. Each new hire’s background and prior roles were noted by district leaders.
Board members praised the students’ achievements and welcomed the new administrators. No board action was required for the recognitions or introductory announcements.
