The public hearing opened at 6 p.m.; no members of the public spoke. Tiffany, a member of the local opioid advisory committee, and other staff noted the hearing’s right-to-be-heard language before the council took its vote. The ordinance formally allows the county to allocate proceeds from the specified sale to the redevelopment authority as described in the ordinance.
