County Board adopts ordinance amending nondiscrimination and personnel policies

Vice Chair Tim Rogel moved and Member Layman seconded approval of an ordinance to amend Chapter 66 (nondiscrimination policies and grievance procedures) and Chapter 108 (personnel policies and procedures) of the McLean County Code. The board approved the ordinance by voice vote.
No changes beyond the replacement noted in committee were discussed on the floor; the vice chair said the primary change was a replacement of a committee member name in the distributed document and that no other substantive changes were made.
