Tyler Wallace, staff presenting the budget, told the council the plan covers the July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, biennium and funds about 92.76 full‑time equivalent positions. “The total city budget is $188,040,481 and represents 92.76 full time equivalent employees,” Wallace said during the staff presentation.
