HAMPTON, Mass. — The Hampton Planning Board endorsed an ANR plan and approved a site plan on Aug. 27 that will create public access and an eight‑space parking area for a trailhead on North Road under a land trust stewardship plan.
The board endorsed an ANR submitted by the Mini Child Land Trust (plan dated 03/15/2024, revision 08/01/2025) and approved a site plan submitted by the land trust to locate a small gravel parking area and access drive for hikers. The plan was presented by Jeff Kamaro, a civil engineer with Sherman & Frederick, representing the land trust.
