Committee authorizes quick‑take acquisitions, corrects legal descriptions and approves settlement payment for road projects

Randall Road grade separation: Jennifer, project implementation lead, said right‑of‑way from 13 parcels is needed for the Randall at Hopes (grade separation) intersection improvement. Following a court proceeding, the court ordered an additional $126,000 in damages to the property owner; staff recommended depositing the additional funds as stated in the final judgment.
