Stewart Isaacs, speaking as president of the Sentinel Police Association, praised Como’s community engagement and mentorship, saying her presence "comes from a good place" and noting the depth of relationships she built across the city.
Como introduced her newly promoted replacement, Lieutenant Lucas Neville, and said she will remain in the community after retirement. The committee presented flowers and remarks and adjourned after the recognition.
No formal personnel vote was taken at the committee; the appearance was a recognition and a public introduction of the newly promoted lieutenant.
