The Cache County School District Board of Education approved the consent agenda and, by separate votes, adopted the 2025—26 school fee schedule revision and the 2025—26 TSSA (student support/school safety/targeted school support) plans for each school on Aug. 28. Each motion passed unanimously during the board—s regular meeting.
The consent agenda was moved and seconded and approved by electronic vote.
Later on the action agenda, a board member moved to approve the 2025—26 school fee schedule revision; the motion passed unanimously after no board members requested discussion. The board also approved the TSSA plans for each school by unanimous electronic vote.
Public input earlier in the meeting included one speaker, Julie Rudy, who asked the board to revisit district guidelines or bylaws that currently limit elementary-school fundraising. Rudy said she wanted elementary schools to have the option to run fundraisers and requested a follow-up meeting with a district administrator to discuss how to "make a win-win for this". The board president and Business Administrator Jared Black offered to meet with Rudy during the week to discuss details.
The board recorded no changes to the fee schedule or TSSA plans in the meeting discussion; the motions were presented as printed and approved as presented.
