Maryville staff: Southside fire station design progressing, construction possible in 2027

Town administration told the Maryville Town Council on Aug. 12 that design work on the planned Southside fire station is progressing and that bidding could begin in early 2026. "Under their current schedule, bidding could start in early 2026 with construction filing in March. And then if everything moves, as planned, you could see that facility open up in the spring of 2027," Chaz said.
