The presiding officer called for approval of consent items Monday; Councilor McElderry moved to approve with a second from Vice President Sampson Burke, and the motion passed 7-0. "All those in favor, signify by saying aye. Aye. Those opposed, same sign. Motion passes 7 in favor, 0 opposed," the presiding officer said.
Later, the presiding officer moved to adjourn; Councilor Norris seconded the motion and the council adjourned by a 7-0 vote. The presiding officer announced the next regular town council meeting is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 15, 2025 at 7:30 a.m. at Zionsville Town Hall Council Chambers and said final notice will be posted in compliance with the Indiana Open Door Law.
No other motions or votes were recorded during the meeting.
