Board approves hearing officer, medical advisor, and moves forward with annual cash-flow borrowing

District finance staff explained the annual cash-flow borrowing process that begins in the fall and the reason to schedule the annual meeting in August to enable a September borrowing resolution. The board placed the annual borrowing resolution on the September agenda, and staff said the actual borrowing action will come to the board in September.
The consent agenda passed by voice vote, and board members received reminders about upcoming events including LearnFest and the start of school.
