Parole revoked for Troy Miller after court plea and video evidence

Miller, who has a history that includes a prior conviction and a bipolar diagnosis he disclosed to the panel, contested some aspects of the charge but acknowledged procedural concerns about how the preliminary hearing had been handled. He said he refused initially to sign a parole revocation questionnaire because he had not received a copy when the officer asked him to sign.
