The Committee on Parole revoked the parole of Patrick Tolliver at Caddo Correctional Center on Sept. 9, 2025, after he pleaded guilty to two supervision violations: failing to report to his parole officer and living at an unapproved address.
Tolliver told the panel he left his listed residence after his aunt became gravely ill and that he traveled to Georgia to assist, obtained power of attorney for her affairs and handled funeral arrangements. "I funeralized her on she passed May 6," he said, describing caregiving and family obligations. He acknowledged he did not notify his parole officer and said he had stopped using drugs since his arrest.
