The mother, Brianna Davis, testified she had been having overnight and extended parenting time with the two younger children and that visits "have been going pretty smooth." She said she is ready for the two younger children to return to her care and that she would continue to work with agency-provided supports, including Family Reunification Program services if offered.
Orchards Children's Services and a local Catholic Charities program were discussed as providers; Megan Spears of the parenting-time program and Kristen Smith (Catholic Charities) were named in the report and on the record. The father complained that the caseworker omitted some positive material he submitted from Megan Spears when preparing the court report; the caseworker's report and Megan Spears' parenting-time report both appear in the hearing packet per the transcript.
