Last year we served over 500 young people through our programs. We served more than 14,000 meals in our shelter and drop in center and we housed, more than 71 in our housing programs including, 11 babies of young parents." Bradley said the completed campus will provide on-site medical, behavioral and mental-health care, case management, skill-building classes and six transitional housing units.
Commissioners voiced support for early intervention and for the organization's role in addressing youth homelessness. One commissioner noted the county's recent point-in-time count and urged continued collaboration across city and county agencies. A motion to approve the new agreement passed by voice vote.
