Presenters said LinkIt allowed them to produce a report in hours that previously required several days of manual Excel work. The training emphasized starting with a handful of focused, district‑wide dashboards pushed to principals; principals would in turn share curated views with teachers so staff are not overwhelmed by LinkIt’s many data options. Staff said that approach will help principals and teachers focus on the same indicators across elementary, intermediate and high‑school levels.

Administrators at the workshop discussed how to choose value statements (for example, attendance, climate or specific PSSA/Keystone anchors) and then set concrete building goals tied to those dashboards. Staff described technical measures to lock or publish dashboards so teachers see the same initial view and then explore further if they choose.

Implementation will be deliberate: staff recommended a phased rollout that prioritizes training and dashboard creation this year, with broader grouping and MTSS uses expanding over the next one‑to‑two years. Presenters emphasized the importance of training, sample dashboards and a user manual created in‑house to accelerate adoption.

Why it matters: LinkIt is intended to give principals and teachers clearer, shared data to set goals, redesign pacing and align interventions. District staff said the platform can reduce time spent assembling data and help teachers make targeted instructional changes based on anchor‑level analysis.
