Staff to ask county attorney to remind Jackson Farm of drainage-plan deadline

"They were supposed to be completed with installation there and implementation of their drainage plan by September 16," a staff member said. The board instructed staff to ask the county attorney to send a reminder letter to the developer that the date was approaching. "I have not been out there recently, but I've seen no activity," the staff member added.
Next steps: staff will ask the county attorney to send a reminder letter and will include the chair in the correspondence. The board did not take additional enforcement steps at the meeting; staff recommended a reminder as the next action. No vote was recorded on the instruction to request the attorney send a reminder letter.
