Staff said the amendment largely funds final data reconciliation and additional report edits.

Vote and next steps Commissioners moved and seconded the amendment and voted unanimously to approve the $32,500 amendment, noting the planning director’s signature would follow Select Board authorization (staff is authorized to sign only up to $10,000). Staff said the work is nearly complete and that the final report will include cross‑referenced tables and clarifying notes on Madaket and other sensitive areas.
