The board also approved the district check registers and purchase card expense reports included in the packet and approved the REA contract referenced in the consent materials.
Motion and vote: Vice President Matt Diminsky moved approval of the consent grouping; Trustee Toth supported the motion. A roll call vote recorded approval among members present: Treasurer Davis (yes), Trustee Toth (yes), President Tim Boer (yes), Vice President Matt Diminsky (yes), Trustee O'Brien (yes). Trustee Meeks and Secretary Walker were excused.
